Mugler knows everything about sexuality — their jeans that highlight curves and transparent dresses with latex inserts are designed to feel as liberated as possible. So the new autumn-winter collection once again glorifies the female body: cropped jackets, maxi made of intertwined fabrics, bodysuits with cutouts and small sconces maximally open, and do not “cover” the bellies, legs, hips and breasts of models.
For example, Bella Hadid appeared in three images at once: a jumpsuit made of “silk” latex, a top made of chains and a leather raincoat. She was accompanied by Lourdes Leon in a corset and tights, as well as Amber Valletta in an extremely short dress and other supermodels.
Just like last time, Mugler made their show high-tech: rewinding, a sharp change of light, “invisible” people in suits merging with the shooting studio and “falling” models once again put the brand on the pedestal of the most unusual players in the fashion industry.
