Casey Marshall is a professional IFBB athlete, fitness model and co-owner of Team Flawless Physique, LLC. Casey since childhood was engaged in ballet and performed in the composition of the Joffrey Ballet. It was there that she learned to eat right and make a diet.
Thanks to the experience as a professional ballet dancer, Casey Marshall decided that she would not work as a fitness trainer. Instead of this, she graduated with a degree in health and culinary arts and spent three years as an executive chef at a high-end healthy dining restaurant.
Casey Marshall began to compete in 2011 and a few years later she began to take prizes. After that, she decided to devote her life to fitness, healthy lifestyle and proper nutrition.
