Constance became a model after her brother sent a photo of her sister to a modeling Agency. By that time she was already a semi–finalist of the Elite Model Look contest.
After that, the model moved to New York, where she signed contracts with Elite and Marilyn Model Mgmt agencies. She presented collections for the spring–summer season of such brands as Blugirl, Blumarine, Bottega Veneta, Christopher Kane, D&G, Diane von Furstenberg, Dolce & Gabbana, Donna Karan, Dries van Noten, Elie Saab, Emanuel Ungaro, Ermanno Scervino, Gap, Gucci, Hermès, Isaac Mizrahi, La Perla, Lanvin, Louis Vuitton, Marchesa, Marni, Matthew Williamson et al.
Constance Jablonski appeared on the cover of the Italian magazine Amica, participated in photo shoots for Marie Claire Italia, Numero, Vogue Italia, Dazed & Confused. Constance also starred in advertising campaigns D & G, Topshop, Y–3, TSE for the spring–summer season.
