Lady Gaga’s choice fell on a velvet Armani Privé dress with a see through cleavage and a giant decorative bow on the shoulder. The dramatic and feminine look required “all the best”: in this case, Tiffany & Co. diamonds, scarlet lipstick and active eye makeup.
